Once your program has been established through the Loan Modification Firm, we will handle the negotiating process and protect your consumer rights. Throughout the program, we will communicate to your creditors that you are represented by us and they are to contact you only through the Loan Modification Firm.

Through our established relationships with creditors and financial institutions, we are able to successfully negotiate our client’s mortgage or equity line of credit at a much lower rate. Creditors are willing to negotiate with us with the understanding that the settled amount will be paid in a timely manner.

The Loan Modification Firm will contact each of your creditors, individually, and let them know that we are representing you, and your intent of settling the current debt. Reaching a settlement usually takes several phone calls and other forms of communications between the Loan Modification Firm and your creditor. Once a settlement offer has been reached, and you as the client have agreed on this amount, we will obtain that settlement offer in writing.

This most often results in better settlements than any attorney or non-attorney program. We immediately send out to your lender(s) a Cease and Desist letter through certified return receipt mail, requesting that the lender stop ALL COLLECTION CALLS in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Protections Act.
